Jane E. S. Correia is the General Manager of Correia Construction Company Limited, a family owned and operated business with over 80 years of experience in technical design, project management, commercial building, demolition and marine construction.

In concerted efforts with her husband, Dennis, Mrs. Correia ensures that top-quality services are being provided and that all projects are thoroughly and carefully completed, in order to maintain the company’s standard of excellence, and make certain that clients receive the high-quality service that they deserve. With more than 16 years of professional experience under her belt, Mrs. Correia shines as a committed and dedicated professional whose husband has served as motivation by leading her toward a path to success in her current role.

Mrs. Correia was the first female commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club. She also developed a program called “Back to Work.” She pinpoints the highlight of her career as her being awarded a contract to design, build and tender the cruise ship deck at Coxen Hole, Roatan, Honduras for the world’s largest cruise ship, launched by Royal Caribbean International in 2010. She has also been endowed with a number of awards and honors over the course of her career; this has helped shape her determination for working hard and a winning attitude. She has received such accolades as the Certificate of Appreciation in Recognition of Outstanding Contribution to Bermuda Hospitals, and a 2005 Certificate of Grateful Appreciation for Leadership and Commitment in Bringing Freedom Schooner Amistad to Bermuda from Amistad America, Inc.
