Ms. Allison founded Our Little Roses Foreign Mission Society with the bishop of Honduras’ wife more than two decades ago. Her organization provides at-risk, abused and neglecting young girls the care and support to persevere and lead successful lives. It also offers training and volunteer opportunities for missionaries.
Previously, Ms. Allison worked in the news industry, including for ABC News’ bureau in Washington D.C., and founded the South American Missionary Society. She also owns and operates a bed and breakfast in the Sleepy Hollow Farm within the historical section of Gordonsville, Va.
