Kelly Gleadall Beach is the owner of KMG Consulting, a premier consulting firm serving members of the North Las Vegas region, providing quality behavioral health care services. As an expert on operations management, Ms. Gleadall Beach oversees mental health assessments, coordinates with Medicaid and foster care agencies, and organizes behavioral health care with Medicaid to ensure that children receive the appropriate support. “Seeing people grow,” was the response that Ms. Gleadall Beach gave EliteAMERICAN Publishing in an exclusive interview when asked what has been the most rewarding part of her career. Throughout the past 22 years, her caring nature has gleamed radiantly in the work that Ms. Gleadall Beach has put forth in the behavioral healthcare consulting industry. At the helm of her consultancy, Ms. Gleadall Beach takes pride in the fact that she is currently working with three foster care agencies and three community agencies to become agents of positive change. Inspired by a long-standing desire to help people, Ms. Gleadall Beach embarked on a journey toward success as the owner of a business that would enable her to help people to face and overcome difficult challenges. She is now able to assist children and adults in triumphing over obstacles related to behavioral health care.

When naming factors in her professional success, Ms. Gleadall Beach specified her strong work ethic, family values and hard work as key players. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from George Mason University, and went on to graduate with a Master of Education in Counseling and Guidance from the Saint Thomas Campus of the University of the Virgin Islands. She later received a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A passion for her field motivates Ms. Gleadall Beach to maintain affiliations with such illustrious organizations as The Nevada Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
