Mr. McNamara became involved in his profession after working in collision repair with a family member. “Repairs are always needed,” he says, adding that this piece of knowledge has fueled his continued motivation throughout the past four decades. With a committed work ethic and relentless personal drive, he segued into insurance and established an adjustment company for property and casualty insurance nine years ago. At the helm of the firm, he is responsible for handling liability decisions with regard to automobile accidents, obtaining witness reports, estimating and assessing damage, conducting investigations and interpreting policy language.

In the state of Alaska, Mr. McNamara is a licensed independent insurance adjuster. He has completed additional industry-related training to bring his career to the next level; in the future, he intends to develop the company even further.

When he is away from his professional duties, Mr. McNamara spends time with his wife of 36 years, their two children and four grandchildren.
