Kim Higgins Lane is a McDonald’s store owner who has been honored for her outstanding service and personnel development skills. Ms. Higgins Lane is a second-generation restaurant owner, and she has received both the Manager of the Year Award and the Restaurant of the Year Award. For her exceptional talents and commitment to providing top of the line customer service, Ms. Higgins Lane continues to be recognized by both her patrons and her peers. She has had one of her managers recognized with the award, and her supervisor was nominated for an award, as well.
In 2009, Ms. Higgins Lane was presented with the Restaurant of the Year Award. She was again granted the prestigious honor in 2010, and she has continued to strive for excellence in her endeavors as a business owner. She has been successful in doubling her facility’s cash flow, and in looking forward to a bright future, she looks forward to experiencing continued growth.
Ms. Higgins Lane became involved in her profession by working for McDonald’s on a part time basis after graduating high school; she stayed on to establish a career with the company. For more than 23 years, she has been able to grow with the company and build her own legacy with a much beloved brand. She has honed a sophisticated skill set throughout her career, earning such accreditations as a Certification in Accounting, and maintaining affiliations with Ronald McDonald House Charities, an organization to which she makes valuable contributions as a Board Member. Ms. Higgins Lane enjoys spending time with her children and traveling when she is not busy running her restaurant.
