She also rents out space to several TV and radio stations as the head of Tower Management and Oak Hill Enterprises. Her fourth company, Banyan Properties, currently leases a warehouse to an eminent illusionist in Las Vegas. An avid horsewoman, Ms. Koker enjoys caring for her horses when she is not working. She is a member of the National Wild Horse Association and is a generous supporter of Heaven Can Wait Equine Rescue. As she moves forward in her career, Ms. Koker aspires to expand her businesses and collaborate with her brother in designing clothes for his reality TV show.
