Lady Jo Nickerson Van Hoy is the owner of the Black Pack Ranch, and the former owner and operator of  JV Trucking. The former is a ranch for hair sheep, and an agricultural product provider, while the latter was a regional trucking company. Ms. Van Hoy specializes in the area of business management, and at the helm of the Black Pack Ranch, she raises St. Croix and Katahdin hair sheep and llamas. She oversees a flock of 200 sheep, as well as operations at the ranch. Ms. Van Hoy also refurbishes carousels, and cultivates and harvests organic crops, including naturally raised alfalfa. With more than 35 years of professional experience under her belt, Ms. Van Hoy strives for excellence in her endeavors.
