She has garnered 18 years of experience working in the health care industry, and made the decision to use her strong skill set and industry knowledge to create her own business. Ms. Harp’s company offers a wide range of legal support services, including compiling medical records, serving as expert witnesses, assisting in exhibit preparation, and coordinating and attending independent medical examinations. Our Legal Nurse Consultants, LLC provides these services to individual clients, insurance companies, health care facilities, attorneys, and government agencies.

Ms. Harp also continues to serve as a registered nurse for Rady Children’s Hospital. She works as the bedside RN in the level 3 neonatal ICU. Ms. Harp has extensive experience working in the NICU, including six years at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics, and three years at St. Luke’s Hospital. She also served as the supervisor of the unit at St. Luke’s for three years.

A newborn ICU expert witness, Ms. Harp attributes all the success she has experienced in her career to her varied experience and networking skills. In the coming years, she intends to expand her business and make it profitable enough so she can decide which areas she would like to focus on.
