He is currently expanding the line to include honey mustard, habanero olive oil, and citrus habanero salt. Mr. Konefal has watched his company and its products gain a stellar reputation and gain a strong client base. He believes his ability to build personal relationships and his presentation skills have garnered the interest of customers and industry professionals. Aside from RisingHy, Mr. Konefal is also the CEO of the Tortilla Lady and GringoDillas Food Truck.
