Priding himself on not being afraid to get his hands dirty, Mr. Christofaro established his business with his brother, Steven. They are committed to providing their customers with the same delicious homemade food with which they were raised. Vega Food Industries is a food manufacturing company that specializes in stuffed cherry peppers as well as other gourmet, high quality food products. Mr. Christofaro draws on his 37 years of experience and strong management skills to oversee Vega’s business operations, handle sales, and manage deliveries, the budget and bills. Mr. Christofaro attributes his success to his strong work ethic and father’s influence. Looking toward the future, he plans to enter retirement. He intends to hand the business to his sons, who have experience in business management.
