San Antonio, TX, Vasile “Will” Braescu, Director of Community Outreach and Volunteer Services at San Antonio Coalition for Veterans and Families, has been recognized by Elite American Business Owners for dedication, achievements and leadership in community outreach and care.
Mr. Braescu has been an entrepreneur and business owner for the past 24 years. He moved from Romania to Yugoslavia at the age of 18. After that, he immigrated to the U.S. to achieve his dream of serving the country. Mr. Braescu graduated from Charis Bible College and still continues with his Bible studies. Currently, he is working with SACVF as a board member and coaching finance through Primerica. Mr. Braescu has a passion for military service and enjoys motivating others to live a life full of victory, liberty and success.
As the director of community outreach and volunteer services for the San Antonio Coalition for Veterans and Families, Mr. Braescu is responsible for networking with businesses, community leaders and government officials to help veterans, working with utility companies to create programs for veterans, and coordinating volunteers’ work. Mr. Braescu takes great pride in his work and enjoys being able to assist others. He attributes his success to his hard work, positive attitude and tenacity.
Mr. Braescu also runs Comfort Care Home with his wife where they care for patients in need and network with doctors, hospitals and hospice organizations. Mr. Braescu and his wife are looking to build a larger facility to accommodate 18 patients; it will be a combination of assisted and independent living. He looks to break ground in January or February of next year.
