Mr. Shive holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Insurance from Delta State University, and he remains abreast of trends and developments in his field as a sponsor for the Tennessee and Mississippi chapters of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He attributes his success to the support he received from one of his college professors.
