She is very proud to have three mom and pop stores in a small rural area that cover a large area. Two stores are located in Virginia and the other in West Virginia.

An expert in handling custom orders, Mrs. Allen is responsible for managing overall daily operations for the stores, overseeing bookkeeping, and handling purchasing, floor sales and customer service departments. Mrs. Allen makes sure to listen to her customers’ wants and needs and cater her services to them. She offers unmatched customer service, which has led to a high rating of satisfaction among her clients. An honest person who runs an honest business, Mrs. Allen attributes her success to her long hours and hard work. She looks to continue growing her client base and expanding her stores in the near future.
