The home health care facility was established 2006 and provides clients with a wide range of health services in the comfort of their own homes. Compassionate Care at Home LLC serves clients in Jackson and Jackson County. The facility is very focused on getting to know their clients well so they can best serve them. Ms. Thompson ensures the company stays viable through overseeing 32 employees, managing operations, issuing invoices, assessing patients, and recruiting. She makes every effort to work with her employees in the field in a very hands-on way. She is an award-winning professional who completed coursework in nursing and business studies. Ms. Thompson attributes her success to her determination, and her patient care skills through which she receives many referrals. In the coming years, she would like to continue working in the medical field and expanding her hospice center.
