Judy Smith, a native of Germany, managed the finances for her husband’s Raleigh, NC-based company until his untimely passing 22 years ago.  Learning the rumor was that the company was for sale, motivated her to get involved and take over. She became president of Smith Seal. She learned the business and found it highly interesting and captivating.

Under her leadership, the company continues to grow and successfully fulfills the sealing needs of their customers. They have increased their client roster, formed industry partnerships and have won many awards for growth and profitability, including Entrepreneur of the Year and Top 100 NC Businesses.
