Mr. Bedard is a scout master of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, and he has garnered a reputation of distinction for the outstanding efforts that he has demonstrated with the organization, having received the Scouter’s Key Award for his achievements. He is also a member of The Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America. Additionally, Mr. Bedard demonstrates his professional talents and skills as a Certified Flight Instructor and Licensed Multi-Engine Aircraft Pilot.
